Standard Reiki session:
Reiki harmonizes the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical energies. Hence, the benefits of Reiki can be all-encompassing. A Reiki healing session comprises:
- A consultation prior and after the healing.
- The client will rest comfortably, fully clothed, on a Reiki table or a couch or can be seated comfortably on a chair.
- A session can either be hands-on, including the application of a light touch, or hands-off, where the hands will be held slightly above the body, or a combination of both.
- The recipient might feel a warm sensation or tingling during the session.
- The recipient might even doze in and out of sleep.
- Practical advice and tips for the client's well being
- Use of crystals or color therapy during the session as and when deemed appropriate.

Healing Attunement:
This healing technique brings in high frequency healing energies which are more powerful and effective than those given during a regular Reiki treatment. The healing attunement can also be used to empower goals. Healing attunement includes a standard Reiki treatment and a brief meditation

Aura Cleansing:
This is a highly powerful and effective treatment. It keeps your energy field clear of past attachments, imbalances and negativities such as stress, mood swings, lethargy, fatigue, weight problems, just a slow attitude towards life or a lack of zest for living. Aura cleaning includes a standard Reiki session and a brief meditation.

Distant Reiki Healing:
Distance Reiki, also known as the "Absent Treatment," is also offered. It provides those requesting Reiki with a wonderful alternative to the traditional office visit.
Advantage of Distance Reiki:
The Reiki practitioner can perform your Reiki treatment remotely using the information and photograph you supply. As energy travels across distance, this session helps you to relax and rejuvenate from the comforts of your home.

Reiki Level I:
If you are interested in learning an effective method for relieving stress and anxiety, reducing pain, and promote healing. If you are looking for something to help you with spiritual growth, this class can help you. In this one day class, you will learn to give effective Reiki treatments to yourself and others following high quality standards of the International Center for Reiki Training, one of the largest Reiki associations in the world. This course provides each student with the Reiki Level 1 attunement, a special process experienced within class to attain individual connectivity to the Reiki energy source.

Tuition: $ 400 (for 1-3 people/ class) , $275 (groups of 4 or more), Plus an additional charge for the Reiki manual from ICRT
The curriculum covered provides an introduction to Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction, the history of Reiki, what it is and how it heals, different uses of Reiki, the complete system of hand positions, the human energy system relating to physical anatomy and Reiki for animals. The class also includes a guided, relaxing meditation.
Students also acquire the skill of scanning and reading the human energy field. Instructions are provided in use of the original Japanese Reiki Techniques, which help to develop one’s intuitive scanning and healing abilities. This includes Gassho, Reiji-ho, Byosen Scanning, Chiryo and Kenyoku. These techniques were practiced by the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, but not brought to the west initially. They are taught by selected Reiki Master Teachers.
The class combines lecture, discussion, attunements, meditations and experiential practice in a well organized, but relaxed program. “Reiki, The Healing Touch”, a 179-page ICRT training manual for Levels I & II, will be provided.
This class is offered as a two-part course together with Reiki II, which takes place the following month and at other times throughout the year. Register for both Reiki I and Reiki II to complete your training at this level.
One Certificate of Achievement is issued through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Reiki Membership Association.upon successful course completion of Reiki Level I & II
Reiki Level II:
This is part II of the Reiki Level I & II course. Reiki Level II prepares the student for increasing the use of Reiki healing energy, for self and others benefit, to assist in relieving ailments utilizing Reiki symbols and special techniques. This course provides students with Reiki Level II energy attunement that will activate their ability to channel Reiki energy using three powerful symbols.

The course curriculum includes a discussion and explanation of Reiki symbols and benefits with their use (How to use Reiki for specific issues) e.g., to improve attitudes. The three symbols are:
- Mental / Emotional Healing Symbol for balancing the right and left sides of the brain, improving memory, learning, creativity and perspective. Use of this symbol helps to heal emotional distress, relationships, habits, behaviors, addictions and physical illnesses linked to emotion and to brain function.
- Power Symbol and its many uses such as clearing rooms and objects,
- Distance Healing Symbol for sending healing energy across time (past, present and future) and space.
The course includes a review of 'Hayashi Healing Guide' and 'Japanese Reiki Techniques': Gassho Meditation, Byosen Scanning, Kenyoku, Koki-ho, Jachi-Kiri-Joka-ho, Gyoshi-ho and Enkaku Chiryo. These techniques were used and taught by Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, and were not originally available in the west. Use of these techniques helps you to further develop your intuitive scanning and healing abilities. A guided relaxing meditation will also be included. The class combines lecture, discussion, attunement, meditations, demonstrations and experiential practice using Reiki symbols in a well organized, but relaxed program.

Nurses completing Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II receive 14.0 CE hours of credit.
